What is the fastest way to gear up a toon?

I have most at gear 8 or 9. If I focus on one toon at a time, what is the best way to get them to gear 11? Request from my guild Spend gems and search for them Luck from the raids??? I ...

You only need 5 alts as you can only receive 5 total stun cuffs from your guild a day. If we're talking about money, Spending $100 would be a good start to get you gear from shipments. For FTP, it'll be using bronziums, Guild Exchange, LS/DS Grinding, Ship Tokens, all the crystals you can save, raids, and TIME.
