You have Max Rebo or Bib Fortuna as options. Why hasn't Jabba gotten a lifter to better balance him compared to other GL'S? Even non GL teams sweep him quite well. If the nerf train that you have been on continues you are just going to bleed more players.
Jabba’s one of the strongest GLs, what are you talking about?
In my personal ranking he is the third-weakest, right after JML & SEE who share the last place and don't deserve at all to be called Galactic Legend any more since quite some time already. Jabba gets whiped away by almost any other GL and several non-GL-counters. As soon as I see him on defense it's a 100% win.

That's the only exception and most of the time a complete waste. That saying: Bane is far more legendary then SEE and you know it.

Jabba is good Roi but loses to wampa fdc atm. was losing to Aphra with the ig fdc do not know how that change will go. He loses to QA usually pow just aoe out bousch and it is gg. jmk,cat. I can just send bane,sith. stranger with maul wins baylan witht eh fdc can aoe out bousch heard a strong prot dc for SS can just nuke her ect... the problem is it is linch pin on 1 char the only other that heavy leaning to be used is SEE and JMK. the difference is JMK has his team for 3 and 5 really SEE is the only worse because he cannot do anything. JML with jkr has a chance to kill LV if relics are about equal but just can suck... Jabba needs a lifter. JML needs a lifter prob the most, SEE has a lifter just he happens to be best value not with him all the time.
So, all I'm seeing is you admitting two of the counters are dependent on temporary Datacrons, and the other counters are high level or meta teams that are used as go-to counters for most of the highest level teams in GAC...

Every GL has non-GL counters because CG relies on datacrons to "refresh" PVP on a consistent basis. Without DCs taken into account, GLs fall as easily as any other team.
Galactic Legends haven't been "top tier" for years now. They all fall down to the next new shiny. (Except ISB, ISB seems to suck.)
