What is the fastest way to gear up a toon?
I have most at gear 8 or 9. If I focus on one toon at a time, what is the best way to get them to gear 11? Request from my guild Spend gems and search for them Luck from the raids??? I ...

Fastest way: p2p. Shop gear for crystals. Refresh shop for crystals, continue shopping, done.
At level cap: do your 600/600. Rank high in arena, shop gear for crystals
Energy refreshes won't bring you anywhere close to fastest way, however this is the fastest way to go to max level, where the daily box and omega are waiting for you.
If you are f2p, it is really hard.
If you place top 100 you still don't get enough crystals to buy them in the shop, so refreshes are unfortunately faster than just hoarding and buying.
However, if you do your 600/600 daily, your guild can raid quite often. Your gear should come from raids, donations, light/dark side battles and maybe from shops (not shipments).
