What am i supposed to do to get more than 2.5mio in the Credit Event Tier 4? 2.5 never more never less every time.. Is there a Trick?

Exactly...be happy. 2.5 and 2.5 is a win for me these days. Last 4 heists have been 1.5/2.5, 1.5/2.5, 2.5/2.5, and 1.5/2.5. I now pray for 2.5/2.5.
