What am i supposed to do to get more than 2.5mio in the Credit Event Tier 4? 2.5 never more never less every time.. Is there a Trick?

For the first time I've completed Tier IV myself today, 3-starred it too, plus I got 5 mil for it. So, I think I've used my RNGoodwill for the year at this point. Funny you posted about this today. Maybe I need to look for more coincidences that'll work in my favor.
