I don’t agree. When one starts to take care of the factions that are not needed to progress through mid game one needs huge amounts of purple mats: OR and Ewoks for the Legendary Events needed Hundreds and then you need more to max the new shiny toons.
Assuming no new characters release this week I'll have every character (except Traya, Revan, and Wampa, who are still locked--pretty close on Wampa, though) with all their abilities to level 7. It's really not that bad, you just have to chip away at it over time.
I nearly finished before they released all those old republic and bounty hunter marquees........ So I'm not taking it for granted that I'll be done on Sunday. But it's close.
