We've definitely had fleet chases before, but I don't remember the drop rates on those.
it was 4% at first but fleet energy generation was the same as cantina, and then it changed to what it is today, and drop rate was nerfed to 2% for fleet chases
I feel like the drop rates have dropped for me actually. During the Han Solo chase, I found that 20-energy nodes seemed to have a near-100% drop rate (I always got them each time on those). Every now and then for TIE Defender, I'll get 4 shards out of 5 Hard Fleet Battles.
Special extra shards events and galactic chases might not share the same drop rate.
Usually i refresh 3x50 + 3x100 (+preload energy) during each galactic chase. This one is the first one when I could try to get to 7* by the end of the case with the help of a few 200 refreshes depending on Lady Luck and which energy i’ll get from webstore daily chest.
Not sure if it’s a ‘longer event’ or a ‘4% instead of 2%’ reason, but it’s the first time i get so many shards during a galactic chase.
