What to spend crystals on after energy refreshes?

Is it worth spending crystals on kyrotech or gear? After spending crystals on energy refreshes I still have a small net income of crystals every day. With things like GAC event rewards and other thing...

Ha you beat me, I'm at 82.5k.

Probably more than needed but the new GAC system has been very helpful with hoarding and it just builds up.
