When I find myself with 'extra' crystals (like that's a thing) I might use them for CCBs, or even more rarely, kyro if I'm really crunched for it. Should be 750 a day.
I don't usually refresh mod energy - 750 has never been sustainable for me for more than a couple of days at a time.
