What to spend crystals on after energy refreshes?

Is it worth spending crystals on kyrotech or gear? After spending crystals on energy refreshes I still have a small net income of crystals every day. With things like GAC event rewards and other thing...

I keep up with g12 gear sufficiently to gain 1 new relic toon per week without ever purchasing g12 gear for crystals.

I do 3x50 crystal refreshes for Kyros and ... I don't keep up with my kyro needs.

So I'll purchase Kyros sometimes, but I never purchase g12 gear with crystals. That's what GET and Shard Shop currency are for.
