What was you Guild GP to Stars relationship?

We'll see if my teammate want to take the time to plan the next one. If not I'll simply give general instruction and it will be enough.
We used to have problems finishing raids in a reasonable time, and would definitely have not reached even 10 stars if we hadn't made a change a couple months ago. We used to only invite friends we knew personally, but that got us something like 15 active players and another 10 folks who checked in every few days. So instead of rejecting anybody we didn't know, we just accepted everyone. Now we've got a full 50 people and are doing pretty well considering we're only 36m.
The only downside to letting in a whole bunch of people all at once is that they're all low levels with small collections. But with a little nurturing, a little water, and some good soil they grow into excellent players that will get you much better stuff. Soon we should be able to do HAAT, but I'm not holding my breath just yet =P
