All these things are self-inflicted wounds that can be fixed, most of them easily.

Maybe CG gave in to the Dark side.

Yup that pretty much sums up Disney's attitude to Star Wars in all mediums. Following the other mediums it's not going to be long before the fans are blamed for CG's lack of content/comms/brain cells.

Also - it's pretty much nailed home right now that Disney IS the dark side. So yeah they joined the darkside. Only difference is the dark side in star wars is capable.
