What's even the point of Baylan?

I have been waiting for the release of baylan for a full month with a real high hope while after 3 tedious and perfunctory "epic confrontations" I got my dreamt Baylan who cant take down anyone in squad area, compared to Bokatan last year who basically one-shot(slashed) every THING.

Let me guess, CG you are very sastified "again" with the performance of what you have released and will not buff it nor adjust it?

Did it ever occur to you CG before releasing baylon that great mothers as his reqs can take down R9baylon within 9 seconds (check ahnald's videos)???? Are you gonna just keep silent and just let go of this ... strategic stupidity?
