What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

In my opinion, the only reason to kick someone during TB is if they have not contributed in the cycle, while still being active in other parts of the game ( requesting gear, posting on raids). It sounds messed up, but it's the dynamic of the game now.

If they've contributed you should probably send them a PM, let them respond in a timely manner, and if not, boot after rewards.
