What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

My guild is a TB focus guild (all commands on Discord, 600/day required, raid 24/0 rule, CMW minimums, CMWs done by cutoff time then deploy later etc.) We have a player (I'm not gonna name him/her)...

If someone gets kicked during TB for continually breaking the rules in TB or elsewhere I have no sympathy for them, but to just keep them around to benefit you then kicking them after you've used them is a bit much imo.
