What's in the wrapping?

It's obviously crumbs new profile pic.

I don't even have them in my inbox. I can just see them in the portraits tab, but can't select them :/

I am not able to equip any of the un-opened gift boxes as my Portrait. Did I understand this incorrectly?

I don’t have the update yet, I thought it would make sense for it to be all three main heroes from the three trilogies. Also he isn’t a girl ;)
