Now that you'll have fleets of 3v3 to go up against as well, it ought to be interesting to hear how that works. People already talked about it, if your guild mate doesn't beat that fleet in one try, you're potentially taking your 3 ships in against 5 that are all charged up and you are pretty much toast.
Last go around my guild faced a 42ish mil more GP guild and then a 30 mil more GP guild. That wasn't even the worst disparity between guilds I heard of. On the RSG stream someone was talking about having a 65 mil GP difference.
The math is flawed if that's all they go by. Because there is more to a player's roster than just "active GP" or what their arena team is. A guild at 100 Mil GP has many more toons, many more synergized teams, many more gear 12 toons, many more outstanding mods, etc., than a 70 mil GP guild. It doesn't matter if "only" 20 members of that guild go into a TW. They are still heavily favored to win. (Granted, my guild is 19-5 and we beat a handful of 20+ Mil GP guilds. However, 30+ Mil GP guilds wiped us out and we had trouble getting through their front walls.)
