What's wrong with Territory Wars matchmaking???

Okay.. we always get enemies with 7-12kk gm difference and same average arena ranks, and every TW the difference was bigger and bigger. But this is the most trash mathcmaking ever!! How can we handle ...

Territory war is broken. Our guild is 88 mil gp and are always put against guilds 10 - 15 million higher than us. We have no chance and it makes this aspect of the game no fun.
