When are chromium packs ever worth it?
Just a question. Better for early players or mid-late players who are completionists? Or just a waste of moolah?

Yeah I never buy them, just because. I'd rather spend money on farming what I know I want/need .. but always wondered if there was ever any real value beyond just spam buying chromiums.
