When are chromium packs ever worth it?
Just a question. Better for early players or mid-late players who are completionists? Or just a waste of moolah?

Chromium packs are good up to around level 40-50 because up until that point getting a 4 star character is an instant big upgrade to your roster.
After that it's value drops until you are just trying to farm the last few characters out of chromiums/the shard shop.
