When will Levi shard pack be visible at the Shop?

Hi there, just activated Leviathan but still missing 50 shards for 7*. Why can’t I see/buy shards (for 1250 crystals) at the Shop? When will the pack be available for me? Thank you!

Any info on this please. A lot of of used 19k crystals to 7* it but then found out it was impossible due to your mistake/bug. Surely there should be compensation or fixed. Surely you can expect us to wait another month
