Where is this Data Cards selection?
It doesn't seem to exist for most people. But why do some people have it and how does it unlock?

I did a quick check of topics recently posted and didn't see them. I hate dupes just as much as the next guy. I get the feeling there isn't enough discussion about this to get CGs interest. This option should be a regular thing for everyone.
