On the original question, I must mention FO Stormtrooper. A mediocre tank with average everything and not outstanding in any way, still I got him for free long ago and patiently farmed him up to now 6*.
At some point, some data-mined information hinted at him being able to reach gear XI by level 80, and in doing so, getting something like 5000 average damage, so I got really excited at the idea of having a very durable tank with counter and doing that kind of damage (a bit like a Fives on steroids).
Alas, the dream didn't last and when the update landed, FO Stormtrooper fell from his projected/dreamed almightiness back to the mere mediocre mortal he's always been by a whopping -40% nerf or so, probably one of the more severe downgrades (agreed, downgrade from a projected value, but still).
Since no one really cared about him before (or after), I'm probably the only one to have ever noticed.
So @CG_JohnSalera you were asking for feedback, here's one (probably quite isolated) bit:
I'd still like him to get just one bit of something special or useful. He's so underwhelming that even people who build teams with FO synergy skip him and use RG instead.
