That imo would go to Bobba after his rework.


He offers a full package between being top tier at arena good at raids, great for gw and has a place in events for sure with scoundrels

See I think Palpatine hits all those boxes really well, too.

GW: Palpy led team of RG, Vader, Tie-Fighter Pilot plus Anakin just crushes GW for me (when I use it).
Arena: Plenty of uses for Palpy on Arena teams.
Raid: Chirpatine is the best way to do significant damage in Phase 3 of the AAT raid.

The big differential may actually be Ships. Boba has Slave 1 and since its a Dark Side ship, it holds a lot of value to getting Zetas and also is a pretty good ship, too.

Darth Tron has a good point on Lando he just requires mods to make him tougher.but that could be said for all as well as speed. I have a love hate opinion on mods I don't like that that they are so critical. With the right mods Ugnaught is the best to bad nothing could help the bow n aarow night Sista bia.

Palp is a very solid too


But with credits being the primary source of fueling toons and the best way to get credits is from credit heist it has to go to bobba
