I think the first thing you could do is voice players concerns about fleet 2.0 when you come back to work. To every 1 player who likes it, there's far more who don't. Can't please everyone but this seems to have gone down like a lead balloon with the majority.
It takes an age to max end game ships and pilots. I understand some needed tweaks but some have been rendered useless.
I hope new Capital Ships are on the horizon along with the numerous fan favourite ones yet to appear in game. I get new metas are part of the game but it's harsh lowering abilities when you could maybe raise the lesser ones to a similar level.
I hope this gets passed on and is addressed in the very near future.
