What character would be good with a defense and a critical avoidance arrow mod?

Ahsoka and Resistance Pilot are 2 that benefit from crit avoidance. Ashoka loses her buffs when she gets critically hit so extra avoidance is good for her. And RP gains tm, evasion, and crit chance when avoiding a crit hit

As for defense, anyone you want to tank up I guess. I generally use the arrow slot for better stats than defense so a defense arrow for me would go into someone like my 3rd or 4th tank. Or B level toon that is especially squishy.
