It just seems like a missed opportunity to boost the neutral tag. Maybe there are better choices, like Jawas as mentioned above, but I suppose it would probably be too much work for CG to retroactively change the tuskens already in game (or Jawas or Wampa) to neutral. Maybe there will be more neutral releases in the future.
