Why aren't the legacy characters farmable?

So does anyone know why Dash Render and Kyle Katarn are not farmable yet? Both have been out for over a month now and normally marquee characters would be farmable on a node at this point.

Thanks for the response guys! I was thinking it was only 4 weeks before they became farmable so good to know for the future.

But, as has been stated, CG has said these characters will not follow the normal cadence. They have declined to elaborate on that statement.
