We used to be able to, then people sold valuable stuff and they removed it.
They recently commented about this in an interview that they dont think they are bringing it back due to the fact they dont want people to short sightedly sell stuff they may need later.
When we could sell stuff it was laughable amounts, the lvl cap was lower and it helped a little but it wouldn't even be a drop in the bucket right now.
