Why change zFinn?

Phoenix? My Hera and ZSabine get quite a few exposes on her. Loading her up with 4 exposes and then hitting her with ZEzra hits for a pretty sum.

Also, on the subject of Tenacity: I use speed down to keep her staggered longer and get more hits in (cls, vader, dengar).

None of the above is going to murder my score, but I don't want the reduction just to fix a loop caused by 2 characters either.

If her tenacity stacked during topples whenever exposed it would prevent Finn solo and not affect other teams. You could still drop exposes with hera and sabine, you could still drop speed down with other toons. But a small stacking tenacity (1%) whenever exposed would fix all of it. Finn would still be able to drop 50-70 exposes before tenacity got so high that it would stop working. Expose does around 7500 damage iirc. So about 400k damage from expose and then damage from attacks. I imagine the team would do about equal to a chex mix team.

Ideally I'd rather they did 20% chance to gain 1% tenacity (stacking) whenever exposed. It would allow the team to do maybe 10-15% of the phase.
