Why coliseum didn't restart at level 1 any more?

From today my coliseum didn't start from beggining L1, but before today it started from the begging. Are there bugs? Actually, if starts at the highest level and the new level is so hard to break th...

I know I thought it was suppose to restart back over at tier 1 as well, apparently not. I'm sure it's "working as intended".
