Why do Phoenix packs only give 25 shards?
Normally, a $20 pack gives you 80 shards and a $10 pack gives you 40 shards, so why do the $10 Phoenix packs only give 25 shards? Can a mod or dev please explain?

bc these are the packs they used when the phoenix squad first came out. apparently they decided to use the same ones.
