Why does Anakin have only two omega abilities?

That will be changed in the next week actually, but here's some random info on omegas:
It seems like the majority of characters require 15 omega materials
Only the ST, FOST, FOTP, Res. Pilot, Res. Trooper, ST Han, Lando, Luke, and Ugnaught require 10
(Maybe they like infantry?)
Only Teebo requires 20

Why do you say only 2?

Each of his abilities as described in update say upgrade 7... 7th upgrade is level 8 which is omega I thought.

Currently his unique only goes to level 7.

I was referring to current JKA, but you're right, the new Anakin should have four Omega abilities.
