Wouldn’t it be nice to give some extra rewards to guild members who performed well? Members who have a high battle count on defense or a high banners count. Small rewards are fine. It’s more the thought that counts.
leader and officers can ‘vote’ who get the rewards. Or something like that.
Same can be done with TB’s and raids. It will also be an incentive for other players to perform well

Personal reward track, like raids. Would help participation, the tw rewards sure don’t justify the effort required

Raids slready have that. Maybe if you ask for some type honorary icon or plaque they would but no more rewards would be given, most likely, without taking from the group rewards pool.
