Why does Plo Koon suck so much?

Question

I am a level 58 player, and Plo Koon is my favorite Jedi master in the comics. I got one from a bronzium data card, and he really sucks. The leader ability is useless, he doesn't taunt, and his basic attack fails to remove any positive status effects half the time. His ship is not useful unless you are going to build a Republic team (I'm not). Heck, even Greedo's leader is better. Also, force judgement should be the actual thing, not some flash of light. Plo Koon is the second worst Jedi, and it's like the developers didn't even try. Anyone agree?

I don't think it's worth farming just for the one ship. I mean, characters like Fives have good ships, but the characters don't suck as much as Plo Koon. If the ship was the best in the game, I'd farm Plo Koon, but the ship is just an average ship.

I have him slightly geared up and he is pretty lackluster to be generous.

I have him pretty much maxed out and I run Jedi in arena - the only time I would use him for, is to send in as fodder in GW to wear a team down before sending in better toons!

He and Mace need a massive overhaul

And while they are doing that they may as well do a Jedi pass and add Shaak Ti
