Why doesn't CUP ever show up in the shard shop.
It's like he was never in there until I got him to 7* and now he's there everyday. I guess I won't see mob enforcer anytime soon either.

It's because they know that you personally are trying to farm him, so the devs decided to remove him completely from that shop, but it's the same for every other player. You are literally being singled out since you want CUP shards.
