Why don’t you guys care about players?

I have to post here because nobody cares elsewhere! We officers at Red Machine guild care about our players, and it doesn’t look like you guys do. One of our players recently found, that his full sets of mods on Fallen Bastila disappeared! Probably one of the worst things that can happen to a player in SWGOH, right? He wrote to EA support few times, but they just flipped him off in their usual manner. He is a whale and spent a lot on this game in all those years, he absolutely doesn’t deserve this kind of attitude towards him! I kindly ask you once again to look into this issue!
