To push you to buy now ? To let people who have full rebels teams get something that makes them feel special for awhile? I personally would have preferred if an empire team would have been the key...

It´s kind of funny that rebells are needed to unlock Palpatine. Since the yodaevent I`ve been farming Empiretoons in advance to hopefully unlock the Emperor. So not enough Rebells now to get him to 7*. Would be very disappointing not to get the Emperor. So EA_Jesse maybe you could convince your chiefs in charge to make it possible for everyone to get him.
