Why would it? What's the point of letting people whale out on toons/gear if you can't force them to use it in specific game modes like the TB? They just invested a ton of work into building out Geo TB. Making us use GET to buy GAS and Malak just ensures that we all (including the big whales) actually have to play the game.
Just buying the toon is boring and arguably bad for the game.
