Why give us fun only to take it back?

Hey CG. Months ago you had an update that allowed us to level up brand new toons at low stars all the way to relic. This was my favorite update in a long time. It even allowed us to put real mods on under g12 toons. Fantastic!  We got to actually play with brand new toon right away. 

Why did you give us this Knowing that this weird, over bloated and complicated update was coming? I believe you knew you were going to release new characters without the ability to use them in any meaningful way for three months after release. Why would you give us this just to take it back?

This is by far the least fun way to bring new characters into a great game. We are now getting new characters that we get the opportunity to spend money on and use them over and over again in a team with zero synergy, every day for 3 months. Only after that FUN experence do we get to chose weather or not they are good characters worth investing in. 

For 10 great years(day 1 player) ability mats and g1 to g11 gear has been ftp. Now it is monetized just to get g11 or g12. F that. As a now former whale I'll wait until the era is over and gear them up like we did before this atrocious update.

Btw. I do understand that you are a business and employ many great peeps. Good luck on this being a great boon for you. I actually really mean this. This is not meant to be sarcastic. You do you and good luck!
