Why does burst damage seem to be the single most important thing that everybody bases a toon's effectiveness on lately? It's like everybody gets mad when their favorite toon doesn't have a 20k damage ...

Well when you compare Anakin or other tank attackers vs Savage opress you see why. Savage should have a nice basic since he applies offense down on a critical hit but damage and speed wise are bad.
