If you have the screenshots of conversations with them and can show from your end that the items havent arrived and realistically done all possible actions, i would look at your google play receipts, raise a concern via googleplay and they usually are quite good in dealing with the request.
Its not 100% but EA are terrible. Once when they failed to provide me a bundle, i did it via my own bank account (some banks are terrible at this so this will depend on how you explain lack of receiving content - anyone had the 'take a picture of the non received parcel etc').
I definitely would not give up. tag people at ea on here and i even got banned for it but i got the items i specifically bought. Good luck and dont give up.
