Why is Hotsauce's HotUtils not against ToS?

People ignorant of legality, there is another aspect of ToS that is being ignored in all discussion around this, and that is "Standard Operating Procedure." If CG is looking to defend that their ToS are not being enforced 100%, then in a courtroom the next step from their liability perspective would be to give the reason and show that the reason was respected with their standard operating procedures.
- Even though their ToS says that, do they consistently treat cheaters a certain way.
- Even though their ToS says that, do they consistently treat people that flame about their product and break ToS a certain way.


- They penalize cheaters
- They penalize ToS violaters of a certain type that is in their interest, and they do it consistently.
- They could not be touched in a courtroom because of this.
- Ahnald knows this because he is a lawyer and made no mention of it. That's why he, a lawyer, is crying "no fair" in the media. He knows legally he has no ground to stand on so he is trying to gain traction in popular opinion.

I speculate that if CG is lenient on cheaters it must mean cheaters spend money.

If CG is harsh on Ahnaldt it is because Ahnaldt cisted them money somehow.
