Why is Tuesday's Guild Activity not "Spend energy in ship PVE battles?"

It seems a 100% obvious solution to the problem of Tues/Wed being the only 24hr period in the week that the resource utilized for guild activities overlaps with both surrounding days. This doesn't hap...

It was introduced before that existed.

It may end up changing, but ships are new and they may have not wanted to force the issue right off the bat
