Why ship energy isn't earning raid tickets?
Looks like an oversight or maybe there's another purpose for it in the future?

Not a bug. See the other thread on the matter, although it's quickly being derailed into talk about lootboxes and gambling... wrong thread, my bad. The other thread on this topic is getting derailed into talk of what constitutes a money grab and what doesn't.
