Why ship energy isn't earning raid tickets?

I will not continue to discuss with you NicWester, you make an argument and before anyone can make counterpoint you move straight to insults. This may or may not be offensive when you check the wording, but it's devised to make your opponents - so to speak - move one step further and cross the line.
I did make a mistake - spent energy in full 100s, so didn't notice the difference right away.
