Why So Much Mk 9 Fabritech Data Pad Salvage in DS Battles 9 Hard?

CG, why do 4 out of 6 nodes in Dark Side Battles 9 Hard give out Mk 9 Fabritech Data Pad Salvage as a reward? This is the hardest tier of Dark Side battles, so it should give out useful gear, right? So why are 4 out of 6 nodes giving out gear that we have thousands of through Challenges? (I have over 4k.)

For that matter, why do the same 4 out of 6 give out mk 10 Neuro-Saav Electrobinoculars Salvage? I mean, it's sort of useful, since we don't automatically get a lot. But seems like this and the Mk9 Data Pad Salvage were just copy-pasted across these 4 nodes without much thought. 

And 3 out of 6 nodes give out Mk4 Merr-Sonn Thermal Detonator Prototype Salvage—which again, we have thousands of. 

Is there a reason for this repetition? Did you think about what would be valuable rewards for these nodes? Or did you just copy-paste?
