Why torturing players with Leviathan?

All players including me who took high efforts and challenges to unlock and even 7 stars Leviathan is being tortured and punished. We spent our time, money and effort to get Leviathan but what we get...

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear your disappointment with the Leviathan content. Bugs aren't fun for anyone, and obviously they aren't what we want our fans to experience so we do try to deal with them asap but it's not always a simple or straightforward process. Nevertheless, I get how it can be frustrating dealing with them in-game and affects the fun and enjoyment you'd get out of your game.

I appreciate the time you took to pop down your experience with this. If you'd like to share this feedback on our feedback boards, it may have a better chance of being seen by the dev team who monitor that board closely for feedback like this. While you might not get a response (it can be hard to reply to everything), please know it will be seen and the feedback taken on board.

In terms of bugs and their status, the SWGOH Developer Tracker would be a good board to review. The tracker lets you know what the development team is work on and what top issues they are aware of. It get's updated around once a week with key issues so it's a good space to watch.
