If I read it right: the "bottom 10%" situation applies when you are being relegated LEAGUES (not DIVISIONS); so right now, you are being relegated now to DIVISION Kyber 2, but if you continue losing and end up in K5 at the end of the season, you will be considered bottom 10% and relegated to Aurodium 1.
