Will RNG Ever Be Fixed?

Fought someone in arena with a five star Emperor, six star Vader, four star Shoretrooper and seven star Tarkin and Boba. I checked their speed after my loss, every one of my characters was at least 20 speed or higher than any of theirs and my power (not that power seems to mean that much) was about 8000 more and I got my behind handed to me. Didn't even kill a single of their toons. And all my squad is seven star, level 85, all abilities (minus zeta) maxed out and gear 9 or 10.

Will this kind of stuff ever be fixed?

At least you can buy some from Ships shipments. Too bad Ships suck badly and had nothing to do with zetas in the first place. ;)

For example, I started farming Sabine when she first started appearing in the guild shop. About a week and a half after she was put there. I finally got her to 7 stars last week. Since then, she's appeared at least twice a day, sometimes persisting through the entire 24 hour reset period. My horrible losing streak is finally over and now and, thankfully, I'm getting an incredible run! I knew it would fix itself, I just had to be patient.
